General Refund Policy

At Radha Krishna Raas Garba, we strive to provide exceptional dance training experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for any course or event.

No Refund Policy

All course and event registrations are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. Once payment is made and registration is confirmed, fees cannot be refunded under normal circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Medical Emergency: With valid medical documentation, at management discretion.
Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course or event, full refund will be provided.
Relocation: Student relocating outside Mumbai with verifiable proof (partial refund may apply).
Death: Full refund in case of student's unfortunate demise.

Rescheduling Policy

If a class is cancelled by us due to instructor unavailability, emergency, or other valid reasons:

Make-up classes will be scheduled at convenient times.
If make-up is not possible, appropriate fee adjustment will be made.
No refunds will be provided for such cancellations.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your course enrollment to another course or instructor with availability:

Transfer must be requested within 7 days of registration
A transfer fee of 5% may apply
Subject to availability in the new course
