Guidelines for a respectful and safe learning environment
Overview
Radha Krishna Raas Garba is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, instructors, staff, and visitors.
Expected Behavior
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless of age, gender, religion, or background
- Be punctual and attend classes regularly
- Wear appropriate dance attire (traditional or comfortable clothes)
- Follow all safety instructions from instructors
- Maintain cleanliness in the training spaces
- Respect personal space and boundaries
- Refrain from using offensive language
- Support and encourage fellow students
Prohibited Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Physical, verbal, or emotional abuse
- Any form of sexual misconduct
- Theft or vandalism
- Using drugs or alcohol on premises
- Photography or videography without permission
- Sharing inappropriate content
- Disrupting classes in any manner
Consequences
Violation of this code may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent expulsion, and potential legal action. The management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
